[B] Note

1.	Development Charges (EDC + IDC) are tentative and shall be calculated by the company and paid by the applicant as per actual on proportionate basis. In case of any revision, the same would be recovered on pro-rata basis from the Applicant/Allottee.
2.	PLC: Green Facing/18 Mtr. Road Facing – 5% of BSP, Corner/24 Mtr. Road/North/East Facing – 7% of BSP. Any 2 combined PLCs – 10% of BSP & Any 3 Combined PLCs – 16% of BSP.
