Indiabulls Real Estate arm buys back bonds worth $31.63 million

MUMBAI: Indiabulls Real Estate’s overseas subsidiary Century has bought back bonds worth $31.63 million from investors, the company informed Bombay Stock Exchange. Last year, the company had separately bought back bonds worth $70 million. 
In November 2014, the developer had raised $170 million through these 10.25% senior notes due in 2019. Out of these, 
Indiabulls Real EstateBSE -1.62 % has so far bought back total $100 million worth of bonds listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (Notes). 
“The Issuer (Century) has accepted for purchase an aggregate principal amount of Notes of US$ 31,630,000, at the Purchase Price of US$ 960 per US$ 1,000 in aggregate principal amount,” the notice said.
